THE STORY BEHIND LOCOMOTIVE SMOKE:
• The name Locomotive Smoke was inspired by the smoky plumes rising from locomotives as they traveled down the tracks. The charcoal, gray, and silvery tones of this yarn brought that image to mind.

The name is also a tribute to my dad, who loved trains. Creating this yarn was a way to honor that love and turn the inspiration into something handmade.

Because this scrunchie was made from hand-dyed yarn, the placement of the lighter and darker gray tones will vary naturally.
