The alpaca fiber used to create this scrunchie came from Biggie Smalls, an alpaca at Velvet Ridge Farm & Market in Albion, New York. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet, feed, and pet Biggie Smalls while learning more about the farm-to-fiber process. The farm's welcoming atmosphere and friendly cats made the visit unforgettable.
Each scrunchie is loom knitted by hand and carefully finished to showcase the softness and warmth alpaca fiber is known for.
